Is Story Books AI safe for kids?
Yes. We use age filters and human-reviewed prompts to keep stories appropriate. Parents can further tune content inside Parent Preferences.
Do I need to be online to listen to stories?
Yes for generating new stories. Saved stories and lullabies can be played from your library while online.
How do plans work?
Plans set how many kids/teachers can use the account and whether you get custom/latest stories. You can change plans anytime; upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the next billing cycle.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime in Account Settings. Access remains until the end of your paid period.
Do you store my payment details?
Payments are processed securely via PayFast; we don't store card data.
Can teachers use this in class?
Yes. Teacher-friendly controls let you manage multiple kids, create shared libraries, and keep content age-appropriate.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. You'll receive a reset email to create a new password.
How fast do you respond to support?
Most tickets get a reply within one business day. Critical issues are triaged faster.
